The Winter Solstice is Dec. 21. While it's the longest night of the year, it's also the beginning of the light returning, and with it, Hope. Each culture celebrates differently, but all honor the return of the light to dispel the darkness.

We celebrate the Winter Solstice (a little early) with deep breathing, muscle relaxation, and art-making or poetry-writing inspired by a seasonal guided meditation!  

Participate online or in person at the beautiful Small Planet Dancers Studio in Westfield, Mass. No experience needed! Basic art materials provided.  

Cost is $40, low income discount available
